Stepping into something new can feel daunting, but we make your Pilates journey simple. Our classes suit every level — from total beginners to experienced movers — and no experience is required. Just bring yourself and a willingness to move.

Things to know

Do I need any experience to join a class?

No experience is needed. Our classes are designed for all levels, including complete
beginners. Instructors guide you through the movements and equipment so you feel
confident from your first session.

What should I wear for Reformer Pilates?

Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required
for safety and hygiene and can be purchased at the studio if needed.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Just yourself and grip socks. Water is recommended, and all equipment is provided.

Do you offer intro classes for beginners?

Yes. We offer introductory options and beginner-friendly classes to help you get familiar with
the Reformer and the style of training before progressing.

How does the booking and cancellation process work?

Classes can be booked online through our timetable. We operate a clear cancellation policy,
which can be viewed at booking to ensure fairness for all members.

Is it safe if I have injuries or medical conditions?

Reformer Pilates is low-impact and supportive, but please let us know about any injuries or
conditions before class. Our instructors can offer appropriate modifications where suitable.
